The fully automatic charger is suitable for maintenance-free lead-acid batteries (lead-gel, lead-acid, lead-fleece) with 6, 12 or 24 volts. After successful contacting of the pole terminals, the device automatically detects the output voltage of the connected lead-acid battery and indicates this with the corresponding LED. If the battery is deeply discharged, an automatic REFRESH mode uses pulsating charging currents to restore the basic voltage so that the normal charging process can be started. Depending on the voltage is a charging current of 1, 5 or 10 amps selectable, which car batteries very fast, but also small motorcycle batteries can be very gently charged. If no adjustment is made, the charge will be carried out at the preset charging current of 1 ampere. At low temperatures below 5 ° C, a COLD TEMPERATURE mode (optional) ensures that the lead-acid battery is 100% fully charged despite the cold. An easy-to-read LED display provides reliable and reliable information about the settings made and about the progress of loading (35-70-100%). Thanks to a special, self-developed charging process, the automatic switch-over to trickle charging takes place after full charging. Thus, the battery is not overloaded and can remain connected to the charger for a long period of time. Batteries from motorcycles, motorboats, mowers, etc. are so good over the winter and are always ready for use when needed.

Designed for standby-parallel operation, the ALCT 6-24 / 10 can remain connected to the battery continuously, keeping it fully charged even when the battery is being charged / discharged at the same time. Thus, the battery is always available at full capacity. And if he does get tired, the ALCT 6-24 / 10 can even help jumpstart.

For optimum operating safety, the lead-acid charger is equipped with electronic protection against short circuit and reverse polarity. Thanks to its numerous features, the ALCT 6-24 / 10 ensures safe and gentle charging and guarantees optimal performance and long life of lead-acid batteries.
