Why is my track & trace number unknown?

Dear customer!
Sadly our logistics partner hasn't told us a track & trace number for your package. Nevertheless your package should arrive within time, a missing tracking numer has no influence on shipping time. Possible reasons for a missing track & trace number are:

• Our logistics partner has accepted the package, but has not reported back a tracking number in time.
• Some international deliveries aren't trackable.
• Some shipping methods aren't trackable.
